Job description for Business Developer
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, partners, and new market opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
- Report on sales pipeline progress and key business metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Multilingual skills (optional, but a plus depending on the market).
