Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Associate (BDA) based in the UAE who can drive growth by acquiring new IT projects for our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services sales and a network of potential clients in industries that require custom software, website, mobile applications, or digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new IT projects related to software development, website development, mobile applications, and digital marketing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients.
- Lead sales pitches, present our technical capabilities, and tailor solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Create and implement business strategies to drive new client acquisition in the U.A.E. market.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of new projects.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver proposals that align with client requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales for IT services.
- A strong understanding of software development, website development, and digital marketing solutions.
- Existing network of contacts in industries needing IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Knowledge of the U.S. market for IT services is highly preferred.
