What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end business development in Saudi Arabia & MEA region – identifying gaps, pitching solutions, and driving long-term contracts.
- Build a high-value client success pipeline, ensuring clients achieve tangible success with Nuclei’s platform.
- Take complete ownership of the Saudi & MEA market strategy, with accountability for revenue and growth metrics.
- Drive business development (BD) efforts – from identifying opportunities to closing strategic deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver localized solutions that resonate with the market.
- Represent Nuclei in the region – leading discussions with senior stakeholders and building long-term relationships.
- Report directly to the Business Head, taking full ownership of your region with minimal handholding.
Who You Are
- 6–8 years of experience in BD and client success, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise solutions.
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker, with exceptional communication in English and strong cultural understanding of Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
- Proven track record of managing CXO-level relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage strategic accounts independently.
- Deep understanding of KSA’s regulatory and business landscape.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work without extensive handholding.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker, and comfortable leading initiatives independently.
