As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a Business Development & Contract Manager to drive corporate growth through strategic partnerships while overseeing the integrity and compliance of all client and vendor agreements.
Position Overview
The Business Development & Contract Manager will play a dual role:
- Leading corporate sales and partnership development to generate new revenue streams.
- Managing the full lifecycle of corporate contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE laws, regulatory bodies, and company policies.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong understanding of B2B sales, contract negotiation, and compliance within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Corporate Sales
- Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients across hospitality, aviation, logistics, events, and government sectors.
- Develop tailored business proposals and present them to senior decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts that drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
Contract & Compliance Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, supplier contracts, NDAs, and partnership MOUs.
- Ensure all agreements comply with UAE legal, labor, and transport sector regulations.
- Maintain a centralized repository of contracts with accurate version control and audit readiness.
- Monitor key contract terms (renewals, SLAs, performance obligations) and advise leadership on risks.
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to align agreements with service standards and SLAs.
- Provide internal teams with contractual guidance to support operations and strategic projects.
Governance, Reporting & Risk Management
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analyses, and contract performance reports for executive leadership.
- Track KPIs including revenue growth, contract compliance, and partnership ROI.
- Identify contractual risks, support dispute resolution, and mitigate exposure through proactive negotiation.
Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related discipline (MBA or LLB preferred).
Experience
- 5–8 years’ experience in B2B business development and/or contract management.
- Background in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or fleet-based services highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of UAE commercial regulations, labor laws, and contractual compliance.
Skills
- Proven success in closing high-value corporate deals.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent relationship management and communication abilities with C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo) and MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is mandatory).
- Valid UAE Driving License required.
