We are currently seeking a Business Development Officer to join our team in the UAE. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards for the local bank
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell credit cards to both new and existing clients.
- Employ a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities through cold calling and face-to-face meetings
- Excel in a fast-paced environment by consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with team members to strategize and optimize sales efforts while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Credit Sales banking only UAE/Home country experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
- Strong team player with the capacity to work independently when necessary.
- Proficiency in generating new leads through cold calling and other proactive sales techniques.
