Business Development Executive in Technical Services Company (Immediate)
Job Summary:
A motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive is required to identify new growth opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local market, be proactive in lead generation, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role involves strategic market research, client engagement, and consistent sales performance aimed at supporting long-term business expansion and brand credibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Explore and pursue business opportunities across various property sectors.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, including facilities management and corporate entities.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations to close deals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Consistently meet defined sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
- Develop sales strategies tailored to new and emerging market segments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Provide insights on market demands and contribute to the development of new services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold service standards.
- Manage contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and long-term customer engagement.
- Handle key accounts with consistent follow-ups and service support.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Coordinate with service teams to align delivery with client expectations.
- Report regularly on sales performance, client interactions, and market insights.
- Participate in team meetings to align with overall business development objectives.
