Mantra is a Holistic wellbeing concept located in Alqoz that provides Padel, Tennis, Yoga, Reformer, and Indoor Cycling activities. In addition, we offer as well a space for remote workers and a food and beverage corner for snacks enthusiasts.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing padel club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, increasing membership, and promoting the club’s offerings to new and existing customers. You will play a key role in expanding our business, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers through various sales channels.
- Promote and sell membership packages, classes, and other club services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive customer loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Organize and participate in club events and promotional activities to drive business.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with leads and inquiries.
- Report on sales activities, performance, and customer feedback to management.
As a candidate for this role you will be expected to have:
- Proven experience in sales within the sports industry, fitness, or leisure sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for padel or sports in general is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
