We are a reputable interior design/fit out /MEP contracting company currently looking for business development executive/Sales Executive to help expand our business.
- Must have experience in UAE. (Minimum 5-6 Year)
- Prior experience in Interior Fit Out /Construction/MEP industry is Mandatory
- The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3-5 years Fit-out interior/MEP projectsales experience, preferably in the interior and MEP, joinery fit out and construction and building material industry.
- Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experienced in dealingwith clients.
- Ideally, this individual could be an interiors Project Manager turned business developmentexecutive, an Interior Designer turned sales executive, or existing sales executive by education and profession who has the desire to market fit out design solutions and manage client relationships in the designated industry.
- Lead Management - Follow up on enquiries and prepare quotes
- Coordinating with existing clients. Making sure that customer orders are fulfilled.
- Maintain a database of enquiries and regularly identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Preparing the quotations and negotiations.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Administering client accounts.
- Preparing reports for sales in-charge.
- Collaborate with team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to.
- Establishing market penetration in Commercial Interiors in the UAE and wider GCC (as appropriate), generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
- Identifying and winning major Fit-out projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
