As we continue to grow, we’re looking for ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executives who are passionate about building strong client relationships and achieving sales excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within Advertising, Printing, Signage, or Exhibition sectors
- Confident with cold calling, networking, and in-person client engagement
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong goal orientation and a history of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Effective time management, organization, and multitasking capabilities
- Creative thinker with a strategic approach to solving client challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed to meet client demands
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn, market research, and networking
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear and actionable project briefs
- Follow up with clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to drive sales
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure flawless project execution
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates and forecasts
