VAAO Advertising FZ LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their team in Dubai Production City. With over 19 years of experience, VAAO is a premier provider of display and graphic solutions, specializing in impactful display stands, kiosks, signage, exhibition booths, and more.
Position Overview
As a Business Development Executive at VAAO, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and consistently close sales in the display solutions, signage, exhibitions, and graphics production industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize various channels such as cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, site visits, and online research to identify potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Develop and nurture strong client relationships through outstanding service and effective communication.
- Project Management: Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project briefs and schedules, collaborating with internal departments for smooth project delivery.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track leads, and provide timely progress reports to management.
- Negotiation & Closing: Employ strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and achieve sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Proven sales experience in advertising, printing, signage, or exhibition industries is strongly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Confident communicator with strong cold-calling and face-to-face selling abilities.
- Professionalism: Professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and client interaction skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Google Docs/Sheets).
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
- Language Skills: Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
