Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BD) to join our Marketing team. The BD will be responsible for acquiring 35-50+ new accounts annually in the UAE, leveraging B2B intelligence tools, market insights, and professional networking. This role is designed to drive new business generation while ensuring smooth account handover and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and crack new accounts in the UAE market.
- Research and qualify leads using B2B databases, market intelligence software, and industry reports.
- Develop and deliver compelling client presentations (PPT) to showcase solutions.
- Actively engage on LinkedIn and other professional platforms to build networks and attract leads.
- Stay updated on new ventures, industry news, and market trends to identify opportunities early.
- Generate qualified opportunities and hand over accounts to the Account Management team.
- Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and retention accounts.
- Provide regular reports and pipeline updates to management.

Incentives & Growth Path
- Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month.
- Incentives:
- 5% incentive on Marketing GP (40%).
- 5% incentive on Retention GP (20%).
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B focus) within IT or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (PPT proficiency).
- Hands-on experience with B2B databases, lead-gen tools, and market intelligence software.
- Strong LinkedIn presence and ability to leverage professional platforms for lead generation.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE business news, emerging ventures, and industry landscape.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
