Business Development Executive (Immediate)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-focused Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering customized solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. This position requires proactive lead generation, strong communication skills, and strategic market knowledge to secure long-term partnerships and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales Development
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across diverse sectors.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, including property managers, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to finalize contracts.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Consistently meet or surpass set sales targets.
Market Research & Strategic Planning
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands through research.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.
- Work closely with marketing teams to design tailored campaigns and promotional activities.
- Provide valuable insights to enhance current services and suggest new offerings.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Address client concerns with efficient and timely solutions.
- Manage renewals, upselling, and the complete client lifecycle.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with key accounts.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to deliver on client expectations.
- Prepare and share regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and client engagement.
- Participate in internal meetings to support overall business development objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within the local market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with residential, commercial, and industrial service sectors is a plus.
- Valid driving license preferred.
