Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and boost sales across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role requires strong knowledge of technical services such as electrical work, plumbing, AC maintenance, cleaning, and related facility services. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in technical services (electrical, plumbing, AC, cleaning, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and negotiations to finalize contracts.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
- Provide timely sales reports and client feedback to management.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of technical services (electrical, plumbing, AC repairs, cleaning, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with facility management and maintenance services is a plus.
- Valid driving license preferred.
