Hiring: Business Development Manager (Commission-Based | 50-50) – Dubai, UAE | Remote Work
Pixelmedia 360 Marketing Agency – Pak is expanding! We’re looking for a Business Development Manager based in Dubai to help us grow our client base in the UAE market.
Your Role:
You’ll be the face of Pixelmedia 360 in Dubai — identifying potential clients, pitching our digital marketing and branding services, and closing high-value deals. You’ll work remotely but act as a bridge between our UAE clients and our creative team in Pak.
What You’ll Do:
* Generate leads and pitch to clients across Dubai/UAE
* Present our services with clarity and confidence
* Build long-term relationships and partnerships
* Negotiate deals and finalize contracts
* Collaborate with our operations team for seamless project delivery
Requirements:
* Strong sales or BD experience in the UAE
* A solid network of business contacts in Dubai
* Excellent communication and closing skills
* Driven, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset
Compensation:
This is a 50-50 commission-based role
