As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and market expansion.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building partnerships, managing corporate and B2B relationships, and aligning marketing and sales efforts with the external marketing agency and marketing consultant.
You will directly contribute to strengthening our brand presence, increasing patient acquisition, and building sustainable referral networks.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Develop and implement a structured business development plan aligned with clinic growth goals.
- Identify and establish corporate partnerships (corporate wellness programs, employee dental benefits, insurance companies, loyalty programs).
- Build and manage relationships with corporates, HR heads, and key decision-makers in partner organizations.
- Negotiate and close agreements with strategic partners.
Marketing & Sales Coordination
- Work closely with the Marketing Agency to plan, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Ensure marketing and sales alignment — track lead generation, conversion, and patient retention.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (website traffic, leads, conversions, campaign ROI) with agency support.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market trends and customer behavior.
Lead Management & Patient Acquisition
- Oversee lead management performance in coordination with Reception and Treatment Coordinators.
- Monitor lead pipeline (corporate leads, referral leads, website/social media leads), ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Develop and manage B2B and B2C outreach campaigns.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Provide monthly reports to the Managing Director and CEO covering:
- Corporate tie-up progress
- Referral partnerships
- Lead management performance
- Marketing campaign performance
- Revenue growth from BD efforts
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries.
- Strong understanding of sales, B2B marketing, partnerships, and brand positioning.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset.
- Proficient in CRM systems, lead management tools, and performance tracking.
- Ability to coordinate and align with external marketing partners.
Mandatory
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or dental industry.
- UAE market experience with strong local corporate network.
