We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to take full responsibility for sales and partnership growth in our creative production business.
You will be the driving force in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
This role is for someone who thrives on targets, understands premium B2B and B2C markets, and can operate with a high degree of independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in the creative, media, and design industries.
- Manage and grow relationships with architects, designers, agencies, and premium clients.
-Present and negotiate offers, prepare proposals, and close contracts. Oversee the entire sales cycle — from first contact to final payment.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development or sales (preferably in creative/media/design industries).
- Strong network in UAE premium B2B/B2C sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- UAE driving license — mandatory.
- Arabic language — mandatory (fluent spoken & written).
- English language — fluent.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

- Fixed salary: 10,000+ AED per month (depending on experience).
- Commission: 10% of net profit from each closed deal.
