We are a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing & branding agency with a strong presence in Dubai and the Maldives. We work with clients across hospitality, F&B, luxury resorts, and lifestyle sectors, providing cutting-edge marketing solutions. We are now looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within hospitality, F&B, luxury, and lifestyle sectors.
- Generate quality leads and onboard new clients for digital marketing, social media, and branding services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and potential clients.
- Leverage existing network and expand connections across Dubai and the Maldives.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to represent the agency and drive new business.
- Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to develop tailored pitches and proposals.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for agency growth.
- Maintain a strong personal and professional social profile that supports business growth.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and branding.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development for a Digital Marketing Agency or related marketing/branding consultancy.
- Proven ability to bring in leads and onboard new clients.
- Strong existing network in Dubai (network in Maldives is a strong plus).
- Prior experience working with clients in hospitality, F&B, luxury resorts, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong networking skills and ability to represent the agency confidently at industry events.
- Passionate about digital trends, branding, and marketing innovations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in branding consultancy and branding management.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
