We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local business landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads and close deals. UAE experience is preffered. Must be Fluent in Arabic and English Languages.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and new markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships in both Arabic and English-speaking markets.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.
- Stay up-to-date with competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
