Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in Facility Management, Pest Control, and Cleaning Services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry contacts, excellent client acquisition skills, and the ability to close large-scale service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in facility management, pest control, and cleaning sectors.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Prepare and deliver service proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close long-term contracts and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Business Development for Facility Management, Pest Control, or Cleaning Services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing service contracts.
- Strong understanding of AMC, tendering, and bidding processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- UAE driving license is a must.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
