We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with 4–6 years of proven expertise in end-to-end IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and cold calling to negotiation and deal closure — while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial outreach to successful deal closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads in SaaS, DaaS, Mobile Applications, and IT service offerings.
- Present and demonstrate solutions to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are addressed.
- Maintain CRM records, update client interactions, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in IT services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in SaaS, DaaS, Cloud Services, or Mobile Application solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Strong expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with global clients (UAE markets preferred).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
