Job Title: Business Formation Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Formation Executive who has hands-on experience in setting up businesses in the UAE (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore). The ideal candidate should be well-versed with UAE licensing procedures and should be confident in handling client consultations and closing deals. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable business setup options (Freezone/Mainland/Offshore)
- Guide clients through the complete company formation process including documentation, licensing, and visa processing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure smooth onboarding
- Stay updated with rules, procedures, and changes in UAE government regulations
- Prepare proposals and handle negotiations to close deals
- Coordinate with internal PROs and government departments as needed
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in UAE business setup / formation industry
- Strong knowledge of Freezones, Mainland authorities (DED, DMCC, IFZA, etc.)
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Fluent in English/Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be available for immediate joining in Dubai
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
