The C-Suite Executive Partner serves as a strategic right-hand to a member of the executive leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, providing proactive support in managing priorities, projects, communications, and critical relationships. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and business-savvy professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics for the executive.
- Ensure the executive is well-prepared for all engagements, including internal/external meetings, speaking engagements, and board sessions.
- Draft and manage communications, presentations, reports, and follow-ups on behalf of the executive.
Strategic Operations
- Act as a thought partner and sounding board for the executive, providing insights and helping prioritize goals and key initiatives.
- Support project management efforts, ensuring deadlines are met and action items are followed through across departments.
- Help align the executive’s time with business priorities by proactively managing commitments.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, clients, and senior leaders.
- Represent the executive professionally and confidentially in all interactions.
- Coordinate key leadership events, offsites, and strategy sessions.
Information Management
- Maintain discretion with highly confidential information and sensitive topics.
- Track key metrics, reports, and documentation to keep the executive informed.
- Research, analyze, and summarize information to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally at the C-level.
- Proven experience managing high-pressure environments and complex logistics.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, project management software, etc.).
