We are seeking for an Interior Fitout Project Engineer to lead all our fit out turn key projects, and lead the unified branding and fit out initiatives of our branches and offices.
Job Description:
- Prepare detailed drawings and collaborate with fitout companies to execute the branch/office fit outs.
- Evaluate feasibility of branch fit-outs for our new locations.
- Understand and incorporate requirements/specifications of landlords, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and management into fit-out plans.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with management and external stakeholder interests in store designs.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently, managing progress of plans and permits from initial submission to issuance.
- Oversee end-to-end turnkey solutions for new and existing branches and offices.
- Solicit quotes from different contractors/vendors for fit-out components and select the best team/vendor/contractor.
- Conduct project follow-ups with contractors, ensuring agreements cover management's interests.
- Liaise with marketing team for development/modification of relevant POS fixtures and branding layouts.
- Introduce unified branding branch fit-out concept, creating a comprehensive manual with timely updates.
- Align with admin team to ensure timely maintenance of existing branches.
- Maintain integrity of individual job files, emphasizing accuracy in job cost records.
Skills Required:
- Graduate in Civil Engineer/Architecture.
- 2 years of experience in retails store related fit out projects in UAE.
- High negotiation skills.
- Flair for creativity and proficient in computer-aided design tools such as AutoCAD.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
