Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Agent with strong sales skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products or services, and converting leads into loyal clients, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products/services
- Identify customer needs and match them with suitable offerings
- Generate leads and follow up with interested clients to close sales
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Handle incoming calls professionally and upsell when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and sales techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, call center sales, or a similar sales role
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to close deals and overcome objections
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
