Job Summary:
We are looking for a Call Center Agent with excellent communication skills to handle inbound and outbound calls for our real estate business. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, have a professional phone manner, and be able to generate leads, schedule appointments, and assist clients with their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle incoming calls and provide clients with real estate information.
✅ Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and potential customers.
✅ Schedule property viewings and appointments for the sales team.
✅ Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
✅ Answer client questions about properties, pricing, and available offers.
✅ Support the sales and marketing teams in generating potential leads.
✅ Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
✅ Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or telemarketing role (real estate experience is a plus).
✔ Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory).
✔ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Sales & Persuasion Skills: Ability to convince potential clients and book appointments.
✔ Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and call center software.
✔ Customer Service Oriented: Patient, polite, and able to handle customer inquiries professionally.
✔ Ability to Work Under Pressure: Meet daily and monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.
