We are looking for a Call Center Agent who is fluent in Tagalog and English to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in Tagalog and English.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, or promotions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Tagalog and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends if required
