Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Responsible for overseeing the upkeep and sanitation of camp facilities, such as living quarters, dining halls, and recreational areas. This includes coordinating repair and maintenance tasks to guarantee a secure and pleasant atmosphere, as well as managing waste removal and environmental compliance.
- Accommodation and Logistics: Manage resident or worker living spaces, ensuring accommodations are equipped with amenities and meet safety standards. Coordinate transportation logistics for personnel and oversee company vehicles.
- Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety policies, conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate hazards, and provide first aid, coordinating with medical services as required.
- Security: Implement security measures, collaborate with security personnel for access control, and manage emergency situations.
- Communication: Serve as liaison for camp residents, management, and external parties. Communicate updates and information to occupants, and resolve resident concerns.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of camp operations covering occupancy, maintenance, and supplies. Prepare management reports on camp activities and expenses. Assist with budgeting and cost control.
- Team Management: Lead and train support staff, including cleaners, cooks, and maintenance workers, to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Customer Service: Cultivate a positive and supportive camp environment by promptly and effectively addressing occupant needs and concerns.
Qualification:
- Prior experience in UAE is must.
- UAE Driving license is mandatory.
