Job Description:
The Camp Boss is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a worker accommodation camp, ensuring the smooth functioning of all facilities, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
Key duties include managing accommodation assignments, supervising catering and housekeeping services, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Camp Boss also handles inventory management and addresses any resident concerns or complaints to ensure staff welfare.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in camp management or a similar role is mandatory
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations.
