We are seeking an organized and proactive Camp Coordinator to oversee and manage daily operations at our car wash camp. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, coordinate staff activities, and maintain a high standard of service while fostering a positive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily camp activities and staff schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage communication between team members and supervisors to streamline workflow.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply ordering as needed.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team promptly and effectively.
- Maintain records related to staff attendance, performance, and camp operations.
- Provide training and support to new and existing staff members.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in coordinating teams or managing operations, preferably in a service industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
