About the Role:
We are seeking a committed and experienced Camp Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our labor camp operations. You will ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents while coordinating between departments, handling logistics, and directing camp staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily camp operations including housing, cleaning, maintenance, utilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Handle complaints, requests, and disputes professionally.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate maintenance schedules and services.
- Serve as the liaison between camp residents and management for smooth operations.
- Oversee hygiene audits, safety drills, and emergency response measures.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in labor camp supervision within the UAE.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse, multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English, Arabic is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office); familiarity with ERP/SAP is advantageous.
