Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall camp administration, including staff housing, catering, and facility maintenance.
- Making reports on the computer.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Monitor food quality, menu planning, and kitchen hygiene with catering supervisors.
- Maintain camp inventory, order supplies, and manage stock control.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs; allocate accommodations based on company policy.
- Ensure daily inspection of facilities and address any maintenance or service issues.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on camp operations to management.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth relations among staff and residents.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and site management to ensure support services run efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in camp management, preferably in remote or industrial project sites.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multicultural teams and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and camp management systems.
