Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Car Painter with a strong eye for detail and hands-on experience in luxury and high-end vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz, Range Rover, Porsche, Ferrari, and Lamborghini. The right candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying paint finishes to exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix and apply paint using spray guns in a paint booth
- Perform color matching and blending for seamless repairs
- Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and finish quality
- Coordinate with denters and mechanics to ensure complete body repair process
- Maintain equipment and work area in clean, safe condition
- Follow job cards and complete work within given timeframes
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive painting
- Experience with luxury vehicles and high-gloss finishes preferred
- Excellent knowledge of paint types, mixing, and refinishing techniques
- Ability to perform precise color matching and surface finishing
- Familiarity with safety standards and proper PPE usage
- Basic English communication skills
- UAE driving license is a plus
