We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead and supervise a team of carpenters in various construction and finishing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring project quality and safety standards are met, and assisting with hands-on tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in UAE
- Supervise and lead a team of 2–4 carpenters on construction projects
- Oversee and guide the construction of framing work
- Assign finish carpentry tasks to team members and monitor progress
- Perform finish carpentry and other hands-on tasks when necessary
- Assist with general construction duties such as hanging drywall or painting Ensure full compliance with company safety policies and site regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED (preferred) .
- Proven experience in construction and carpentry work .
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills .
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Good organizational and time management abilities .
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in varying weather conditions .
- Valid driver’s license.
