About Us:
818 Women Fitness Club is a premium ladies-only fitness center in Al Ain, dedicated to promoting health, strength, and confidence in a supportive and empowering environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier & Accountant to manage daily transactions and financial reporting while providing excellent front-desk service to our valued members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
- Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately
- Maintain records of daily transactions and prepare financial reports
- Monitor membership renewals, invoices, and payment schedules
- Reconcile receipts and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
- Coordinate with management on budgeting and expense tracking
- Maintain financial documentation in compliance with UAE accounting standards
- Support administrative tasks related to memberships and client accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- Proven experience in both cashiering and accounting roles (minimum 2 year preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Female applicants only (as this is a women-only facility, in accordance with local guidelines)
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Al Ain City
Working Hours:
- 6 days per week
- Shifts may include mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on the club schedule
