- Monitor product inventory levels and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional displays.
- Maintain clean and organized displays that align with brand guidelines.
- Greet customers as they enter and leave the store.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers.
- Ensure pricing is accurate and resolve price discrepancies.
- Bag items properly and assist customers with purchases when needed.
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful information.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Always be kind to the greet & assist the customer.
