We are currently seeking an individual with exceptional chat & email support skills in English to join our growing team.
IMPORTANT NOTE
We require a candidate who:
- Types at least 35–45 words per minute (English)with accuracy.
- Has proven experience in chat support and customer communication.
- Is available for immediate joining.
- Young and focused individuals are preferred

Role Description
As a Chat Support Associate, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, Email promptly and professionally.
- Assist in resolving client queries in a helpful manner and positive way.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries related to visas and tourism services via chat and email.
- Ensure all data entry tasks are completed quickly and without mistakes.
- Maintain high typing speed with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications
- Fast and accurate typing skills in both English (35–45 WPM minimum).
- Previous experience in chat support/customer service.
- Good and professional English communication.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,400.00 per month
