As we continue expanding, we are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / Marketing Manager to shape our brand strategy, strengthen market positioning, and drive demand across multiple service lines.
Position Overview
The CMO will lead RSL’s marketing and brand growth strategy — developing innovative campaigns, enhancing digital presence, and positioning RSL as the top choice for luxury mobility. This role demands creativity, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate market insights into impactful campaigns that drive both client acquisition and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with RSL’s business objectives.
- Position RSL as the leading luxury and executive mobility brand in the UAE.
- Drive consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and paid campaigns.
- Manage website, content, and digital assets to optimize user engagement and lead generation.
- Leverage analytics tools to track ROI and improve campaign performance.
Market Development & Demand Generation
- Identify and capitalize on new market segments in hospitality, corporate travel, and VIP services.
- Lead go-to-market campaigns for new services or geographic expansions.
- Partner with the Business Development team to design campaigns that convert high-value leads.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Strengthen RSL’s visibility with corporate clients, travel partners, and luxury brands.
- Create premium marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain media and PR relationships to enhance brand reputation.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and finance to ensure brand alignment and service delivery excellence.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing function.
Research & Insights
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client behaviors to guide strategy.
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable marketing and branding initiatives.
- Prepare regular performance dashboards and executive-level reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years’ proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in luxury services, transportation, hospitality, or related sectors.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and client acquisition strategies.
- Solid understanding of UAE market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or Odoo), marketing automation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
