Job Title: Civil Foreman – Building Construction
Experience: Minimum 4 years of UAE Building construction
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to manage and supervise on-site activities for building construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations across building construction works
- Coordinate tasks and ensure compliance with safety procedures and work method statements
- Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor progress and provide timely reports on site activities
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and productivity
- Manage and lead trades and subcontractor teams on-site
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building construction (residential, commercial, or industrial)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage direct and subcontracted labor teams safely and efficiently
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and within a team
Working Conditions:
- On-site work with exposure to varying weather conditions
- Flexibility with shifts based on project needs and timelines
- Occasional travel between project sites
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
