- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site labourers and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings, plans, and work schedules while maintaining safety standards.
- Monitor work progress, report updates to the site engineer or project manager, and ensure quality control on-site.
- Allocate resources, manage manpower, and resolve on-site issues promptly to meet project deadlines.
