Civil project Manager
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, etc.)
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plansEnsure project delivery within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget.
- Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure design compliance
- Supervise construction activities in alignment with DM regulations and G+3 scopeLiaise with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, and other authorities for permits and inspections
- Ensure all work complies with UAE local codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Manage site teams including engineers, foremen, and labor
- Provide mentorship, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols are strictly enforcedServe as the point of contact between clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare project status reportsAddress and resolve technical or administrative issues
- Monitor and control project costs and mitigate risks
- Approve material submittals, procurement plans, and BOQs
- Maintain accurate documentation and as-built records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
- G+3 License from Dubai Municipality (mandatory)
- Valid UAE Driving License
- 5–10 years in civil/infrastructure projects in the UAE
- Fluent in Arabic and English
