We seek a multiskilled Civil Finishing Worker with an eye for detail to execute minor civil works and maintenance tasks, ensuring first-time approval from consultants/clients.
You’ll be the go to expert for painting, tiling, grouting, and gypsum repairs in high-end environments.

- Key Responsibilities
1. Precision Finishing & Maintenance
Execute painting (emulsion, enamel, textures) with zero drips or uneven coats. Perform tiling (ceramic, porcelain, mosaic) including cutting, laying, and grouting. Repair gypsum boards, cornices, and ceiling moldings to seamless finishes. Address crack repairs, grouting, and waterproofing for longevity.
2. Consultant-Grade Workmanship
Deliver finishes that pass third-party inspections (e.g., Dubai Municipality, consultant snagging). Rectify defects from other trades (e.g., filling gaps left by MEP teams).
3. Multiskilled Adaptability
Assist in minor carpentry (skirting, door adjustments). Support wrapping teams with surface prep (sanding, priming).
4. Compliance & Safety
Follow material specs (e.g., Jotun paints, Ardex grouts). Adhere to FIDIC standards for finishes in luxury projects.
- Qualifications & Skills
✅ Experience: 5+ years in finishing/maintenance for villas, hotels, or high-rises (UAE/GCC preferred). Portfolio of consultant-approved projects (photos/videos required).
✅ Technical Skills: Mastery of trowelling, sanding, and touch-up techniques. Ability to match existing finishes (paint colours, tile patterns). Familiarity with snagging lists and defect resolution.
