Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks at client sites, including offices, residential properties, retail spaces, and other premises as assigned.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring they meet high hygiene standards.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas.
- Remove trash and recyclables, replacing liners as needed.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to a streak-free finish.
- Handle and operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers safely.
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory at client locations.
- Follow client-specific cleaning protocols and schedules.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet cleaning standards.
- Physical fitness to perform manual cleaning tasks and lift up to [weight limit, e.g., 25 lbs].
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if required.
