Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized property solutions.
- Conduct property viewings and effectively manage negotiations.
- Stay updated with market trends, legal regulations, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth transactions.
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, UAE.
- Relevant real estate certifications is a plus.
- Presentable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
