We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to manage incoming leads for our Greece Golden Visa program. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with accurate information, qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and supporting the sales team in follow-up and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from Meta ads, WhatsApp, website forms, and email.
- Qualify leads based on interest, investment capacity, and eligibility.
- Schedule calls/meetings between leads and our investment consultants.
- Share brochures, program highlights, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain CRM with accurate lead status and notes.
- Follow up with warm leads consistently to increase conversion rate.
- Coordinate with legal/consulting teams to track client progress post-conversion.
- Provide basic support in Arabic or English (multilingual a plus).
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or lead management (preferred in real estate or investment migration).
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, responsive, and trust-driven approach to client communication.
