We are currently seeking proactive, dynamic candidates to join our expanding team as Client Servicing Executive.
Job Description:
- Liaise with clients to clarify project goals, scope, and specific requirements.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
- Support the sales team by coordinating schedules and managing sales documentation.
- Identify potential project challenges and provide proactive technical solutions.
- Contribute to design discussions with suggestions to enhance project outcomes.
- Develop project timelines and track progress to align with team objectives.
- Supervise project execution and coordinate team activities to ensure efficient workflows.
- Maintain organized project documentation for easy access to essential information.

- Prepare accurate job quotes and purchase orders based on project scope and cost analysis.

- Maintain precise records of sales leads and customer orders for tracking and reporting.
- Monitor and control project expenses to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Coordinate between departments and clients to deliver optimal service solutions.
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Technical Studies or Business Administration
- Proven 2 years’ experience as a Client Service Executive or similar role in the Advertising, Printing, Fit Out, Signages industry is mandatory.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, spreadsheet creation, formulas, and report generation.
- Adapt to flexible working hours to meet shifting project priorities and deadlines.
- Communicate complex information clearly and professionally to clients and team members.
- Performs effectively under pressure, ensuring timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
