About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive team member to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while maximizing the value of our services. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, driving engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers.
- Onboard new clients and provide product training and support.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and assist in renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in SaaS or tech environments is preferred.
