Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Services Executive to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be a smart, confident, and well-spoken professional with a proven background in client servicing, preferably in a software or tech company. You will act as the central point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth service activation, proactive account management, and exceptional customer experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Servicing & Coordination
- Serve as the central contact for client activation requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service activation and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and invoicing applications.
- Engage with clients across multiple channels (email, calls, meetings, events).
Account Management & Usage Tracking
- Conduct monthly follow-ups with teams to track client usage.
- Prepare and share monthly MIS reports with management on the sales and renewal pipeline.
- Manage renewals and service extensions, including follow-ups, invoicing, and CRM updates.
Billing & Invoicing
- Issue and follow up on invoices and payments.
- Handle monthly usage-based invoicing for overages and additional services.
Lead Management & Sales Support
- Qualify incoming leads and engage with them to understand requirements.
- Provide necessary product/service information and connect qualified leads to the sales team.
- Support the sales team with proposal preparation, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Identify opportunities for contract expansion and upselling services.
Networking & Events
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success, preferably in a software or technology company.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multitasking, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, client-focused, and detail-oriented approach.
