What You’ll Bring
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or Business Administration
- 2–3 years’ experience in client servicing or project coordination
- Proven experience in Advertising, Printing, Fit-Out, or Signage industries is essential
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Flexibility to work hours based on project demands
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and effective communication
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and sales departments to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards
- Prepare job orders, quotations, and accurate time and cost estimates
- Participate in project planning meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Track project progress, timelines, and quality benchmarks rigorously
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of client communications
- Conduct site visits and meet clients face-to-face as required
- Address client concerns promptly with professionalism and care
- Assist with pricing and negotiation to balance client satisfaction and company profitability
- Monitor budgets and suggest cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service
