Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Client Success Officer to handle international client relationships after the property sale is completed. Your role is to ensure our clients receive full support with documentation, property management guidance, and post-sale services, building trust for repeat business and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the single point of contact for international clients post-sale.
- Assist with property handover coordination and developer follow-ups.
- Guide clients through legal, regulatory, and ownership transfer procedures.
- Provide support on service connections (utilities, property management, etc.).
Customer Support & Problem Solving:
- Address client inquiries regarding property status, payments, or post-sale issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve concerns swiftly and professionally.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure timely completion of all after-sale documentation and contracts.
- Assist clients with documentation for Golden Visa, mortgage follow-ups, or related services if applicable.
Relationship Growth:
- Maintain long-term communication for future sales, leasing, and referrals.
- Upsell property management services or additional investment opportunities.
CRM & Reporting:
- Update client records in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and service issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in client success, after-sales, or customer support, preferably in real estate or luxury services.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales cycles and after-sale processes (property handover, service registration, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other international languages is a plus).
- Ability to manage international clients across time zones.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of customer empathy, patience, and service mindset.
