Job Description
Provide friendly and efficient in-person and telephone care.
- Coordinate medical appointments, follow-ups, and diagnostic procedures.
- Manage specialist schedules and confirm patient attendance.
• Document and Administrative Management:
- Receive, classify, and file medical and administrative documentation.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other required documents.
- Handle internal and external correspondence of the clinic.
• Management Support:
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on agreements.
- Manage minor purchases, supply control, and administrative logistics.
• Billing and Collection Support:
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and manage collections from patients and insurers.
- Assist in the management of petty cash and minor payments according to established policies.
Job Requirements
- Education: Technical or university student in administration, executive secretarial work,
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar positions, preferably in clinics or
hospitals.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer service skills,
document writing.
